SullivanLaw was founded with a simple mandate: To provide smart, candid, appropriate and thoughtful legal services that help our clients get the results that best meet their needs. Our approach often means avoiding court in favour of negotiated resolutions to problems. But when a negotiated agreement is not possible, we do not hesitate to argue our clients’ position in court.

We think everyone deserves to have a lawyer they trust to call when they need legal advice. Our goal is to provide our clients with candid, comprehensive advice that will enable them to make the right decisions for their situation. This often means avoiding court in favour of negotiated or mediated resolution to problems, though we don’t hesitate to argue our clients’ positions in court when required. With a practice that includes Family Law, Wills & Estates, Civil Litigation and Personal Actions, our goal is to become our clients’ partner in their day-to-day life.

Timothy took the time to carefully explain everything to myself. He would never hesitate to email and call with updates. What was probably the most difficult time of my life Tim definitely made everything easier for us. Timothy always would provide us with detailed opinions and options.     Dec 27 2017 Sure, Tim can be a bit pedantic - but in my opinion I'd much rather my lawyer know a whole lot about the law and the procedures that have to be followed in order to win a case! We engaged him for a civil litigation matter and were very pleased with the results.
