    - Jul 18 2024 Mr. Ackley, a.k.a "Randy" replied to my ad online for a real estate attorney along with other two attorneys. I selected "Randy". Because he answered my questions directly and when I seemed to have a difficult time telling him my issues, he just knew my situation and he understood what I was going through. He gave me the impression that he has been dealing with people in my situation for a long time. In particular, issues with mortgage companies, foreclosures etc... I told him that I have been communicating with my mortgage companies for about two years now and I am not going any where with them. He made contact with my mortgage company immediately before I could make payment to him. After several months, he suggested that my mortgage company did not have the right to do what they have been doing to my loan, we will take them to court. And he did. A lawsuit was filed.
