    Feb 10 2023 Three years ago, my wife suffered a life-threatening complication from childbirth. Given the likelihood of lasting effects, we eventually sought a lawyer, who we hoped would at least find no fault and help us accept it as an unfortunate, unforeseeable situation. I researched how medical malpractice cases typically work, and after choosing a few law firms from a simple Google search, found Brooke Balterman of RMFW. Neither my wife nor I had ever sued anyone, and I was keenly aware of the vulnerability our ignorance posed. Brooke answered our questions in a straightforward way, was sensitive to the wariness of non-lawyers, and kept each promise she made.     Dec 11 2020 This firm helped my wife and me through a trying time when a well known brain surgeon operated on a relative with disastrous results. The firm won a large judgment despite a top notch expert witness on the other side and a dearth of good expert witnesses willing to testify on our behalf due to the reputation of the surgeon, his employer, and fear of retribution. The same fear prevented another malpractice firm from taking the case. These guys are great. They will be honest with you, respect your knowledge and judgment, and be responsive. We will be grateful always.
