I asked could it be exchanged for another one and a few weeks after we moved in a new one was installed, that was awesome. The house is beautiful and spacious, I really have enjoyed my experience with RMA

    - Jun 11 2023 Other than our last repair of rotted wood and seeing that the house need to be raised, they have a great response for concerns and repairs. The wood on the house has been off for a year now and they say they are waiting on the owners approval. The house has been open to the elements and bugs that long.

We have found Mr. Cordova to be professional, knowledgeable, ethical and kind. During the several years we owned and managed our few rental houses, Jared graciously shared his expertise without any consideration of repayment. During the several years we worked at U G A Griffin, the RMA staff helped us find housing for the U. of Georgia international visiting professors and scientist . His staff were considerate of their limited language skills, limited experience with banking and checking accounts, rental agreements, etc. Most recently Mr. Cordova helped place our granddaughter and her mom in a safe affordable rental. This was extremely hard to accomplish in Griffin’s current tight and super expensive rental market. He was an answer to many prayers and somehow he made it happen. I believe our experiences with Mr. Cordova and RMA are typical rather than unique.

    Aug 20 2022 At first I was on the fence about this company because of a lady that worked there. She was not friendly. didn't know how to talk to people. She was older. Now when I call or go in. I don't see that lady. Though I don't know who she was. It's only younger women there now and they are very very nice. I really enjoy going to my rental office now. I highly recommend RMA if your looking for an apartment or house.

Secondly the process was fast and smooth, from the viewing of the properties to the application and signing of the lease. RMA has been polite and easy to work with.
