We walked through my very damp basement, the bathroom & utility room discovering lots of cracks in the walls and foundation outdoors. I saw trenches filled with water, buckling panelled walls, and this basement was neglected for over 60+ years. I look forward to upcoming Spring when Neil's crew will do a remarkable job!     Dec 06 2021 We had Neverwet replace our sump pump with a battery back up approximately 4 years ago. The system had worked flawlessly till yesterday and we noticed some issues with the pump. I called Neverwet and within a few minutes received a call from one of the owners, Kevin. He actually came over to our house within an hour, identified the issue and had his crew come in to fix it. I had no idea that we still were within our warranty period with the last installation and Kevin not only mentioned that but also replaced our system with a brand new submersible pump. Our basement has a significant water ingress at all times and would have flooded if not for Neverwet's phenomenal response. I honestly cannot recall dealing with this degree of honesty, integrity and promptness. We recommend NEVERWET wholeheartedly

    Oct 11 2021 Had Neverwet come do an assessment of my basement where one of my weep holes was leaking. Chris Haley was extremely helpful in providing me insights as to why this was happening and suggestions on how I could fix it myself. His honesty and valuable suggestions may have just saved me over $15000 because the first two companies that came in and did an assessment suggested ripping out the old sump pump system and installing a brand new one (it's only 7 years old). Thanks Chris and Neverwet!

    Sep 10 2021 Neverwet did a fantastic job on our basement waterproofing. We purchased an old home that had issues on both the exterior and interior but they were able to address the entire situation. I have no fear of any further water damage in our home. Everyone was professional, friendly and prompt. I will obviously never need this type of service again but if I did I would happily choose Neverwet.
