Our firm is led by Carroll L. McCauley III and includes three legal assistants with more than 30 years of combined experience. Our entire legal team is devoted to assisting clients through some of the most difficult times they will ever face. We are always glad to answer your questions and address your concerns.
Mr. McCauley comes from a family of lawyers, which includes his father and sister. After developing his courtroom skills as an assistant state prosecuting attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit, he opened his own firm in 1998. He is an experienced trial lawyer who meticulously prepares each case to get the best result with the fewest surprises along the way.
Carroll McCauley is in court every week advocating for clients, yet he strives to return phone calls promptly and be accessible to people who need urgent legal help. He is a former president of the Bay County Bar Association, and is currently a member of The Florida Bar family law and criminal law sections. As a father of three children, he has a deep understanding of family law issues and is committed to the best possible resolutions for children and their families.

Mr. McCauley and his staff worked very hard for me to come to a fair settlement between my ex wife and I. He focused on what was best for the both of us and worked hard on getting the divorce finalized without running up a large bill in legal fees on both sides and tying up the court system with a long drawn out divorce.
