The Law Office of Maryann Q. Modesti, PC concentrates practice in family law and employment law. Our firm recognizes that when crises involving family or occupation arise, our clients need strong advocates ready to know how and when to resolve conflict, and how and when to go to Court. We empathize with our clients’ needs and look for fair creative results, allowing the people we serve to move forward in life beyond the turmoil. We believe in coming alongside our clients and in speaking on their behalf when they are not in a position to speak for themselves.

Our Family practice includes areas of divorce, custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, adoption and other family law matters. The firm practices in multiple counties, including Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Berks and Lehigh.
