I was lucky my family hired him for my case. I felt like this was the first lawyer I had that actually cared. Thanks for a job well done Mr. Rhoton.

    Jul 09 2018 I looked into alot of lawyers for my daughter’s case. Most of them said nothing could be done or tried to charge huge amounts of money to take the case. I spoke with Loren Rhoton because the women at my daughter’s prison said that he is the best post conviction lawyer in Florida. I talked to Loren Rhoton and he really knew his stuff. His fees weren’t cheap, but I guess that’s okay because I wasn’t looking to save money, I was looking to save my daughter. Mr. Rhoton was aggressive in court and was eventually able to negotiate a better sentence for my daughter. I hope I never have to speak with an attorney again, but if I do, I will be calling Mr. Rhoton.

    Mar 27 2018 I contacted Rhoton and then also spoke with other attorneys about helping with my appeal. I first went with another lawyer because they charged less. The other lawyer just took my money and did nothing on the case. I then went back to Rhoton and he had to fix everything the other lawyer screwed up. I wish I would have just gone with Rhoton in the first place. I knew he was a better lawyer but I tried to save money on the cheap lawyer and it costed me more in the long run trying to use the discount lawyer. I learned the hard way that trying to save money on a lawyer is not always a good decision. I'm glad was still able to get Mr. Rhoton on the case and he was able to undo all of the other lawyers mistakes. I am now home and out of prison, thanks to Mr. Rhoton.

    Jan 22 2018 When waiting to visit my brother at his institution, another family member of an inmate recommended Loren Rhoton's office to me. Mr. Rhoton was friendly and helpful when I contacted him. He took on my brothers case and did exactly what he said he would. He fought hard and did everything he could to win the case. I strongly recommend Loren Rhoton if you have someone in prison who needs help.He knows criminal appeals and is the one to go to for post conviction 3.850.
