His legal assistant, Janessa and Lisa are also very professional and knowledgeable and you need only follow their instructions and meet timelines for a new start to run smoothly. I like the fact that Mike has a sole practice, as there is no shuffling around to interns, etc. that may or may not be up to speed on your particulars. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Johnson and his Paralegal Gennesa on my unfortunate but necessary personal bankruptcy. Mr. Johnson and Gennesa explained clearly to me the detailed steps involved in filing through the US Court system. It is a process, many personal documents must be compiled and submitted in a certain order, and there is time that you have to wait in between for the bankruptcy courts acceptance of these documents.
