Having said that, John made the entire process so comforting, handling everything needed, answering all our questions no matter how silly they could have been and making suggestions that we might not have even thought of. He also corrected a mistake that was made by The Plain Dealer immediately resulting in a reprint of the obits. It was and still is a tough part of life to accept, but I am grateful to have had the guidance and expertise of this funeral home.
