    Feb 21 2020 Jennifer Celentano's response: Connecticut General Statutes 46b-124 provides that all records of juvenile court proceedings are confidential, therefore, it is difficult to respond to any of the posts. I will note that the reviews by “Kevin Smalls” and “Deb Roeder” are nonsense. It is apparent by reading the review that the person who posted has some issues which I am unable to address. It is accurate that I did “win” the neglect case referenced by Kevin Smalls. I did not represent anyone named Kevin Smalls in that matter, rather I represented a Respondent Mother. I do not know, nor have I ever met Kevin Smalls. If you are faced with a DCF investigation or petitions are filed against you, please feel free to reach out to me to discuss your case. JMC

She came highly recommended to me from a well respected family court Judge who described Attorney Celentano as honest, intelligent and fair.
