We did not know James prior to our appointment for estate planning. We knew that our wills needed updating, and we were curious about the possible need for a trust. James reviewed our situation and did not recommend a trust. Many attorneys see dollar signs at the mention of a trust, so I am grateful that James put our needs in front of his own. James also reviewed our existing Living Wills and Healthcare POAs, and found them in good order; again I am grateful that he did not invent a reason to perform work that was not necessary.
On the day that we picked up the completed Wills, my wife had to be in quarantine for a scheduled surgery the following week. James was kind enough to curbside deliver the documents and signature pages to us.
It was great service at very reasonable rates. I will be recommending him to my family, friends, and clients from my tax practice.Margie Burley
