    Feb 10 2021 Golden Key was the second property manager we used for our property in Pikeville and they were a world above the previous company we used. We live half the county away and never had to stress about the property while Golden Key was in charge. We have little connection left to the area, so finding repairmen or lawn service when needed was never an issue, Golden Key took care of it. Communication was always excellent and responsive, through text, call, or email. I give them my highest recommendation for property management, they earn every cent of their management fee.

    Sep 23 2020 Golden Key Rentals has managed my property for me since 2013 and I have had 3 different tenants during that time. Each time it came up for rent, they found new tenants quickly. They helped with repairs and paid me by direct deposit which was very convenient. I would recommend Golden Key Rentals to anyone who wants to rent out their property.

While managing they were very quick to notify of problems or changes and kept everything up-to-date. Finally, they even took care of listing and getting is sold for me as well at the end. Great company and people to work with! Highly recommend from an owners perspective
