From initial contact to resolution, both Erica and Brittany, her very professional paralegal, guided me towards a resolution of zoning issue with my town's Construction Dept. Brittany took the initial call and summarized my situation for Erica Edwards, who responded promptly and focused in on my particular zoning issue. I decided to avoid the lengthy and expensive and stressful variance process with the town. I made an appointment with the zoning officer, and my issue was resolved. I made a small compromise on the dimensions of the fence and I got my permit.
