Hanson Law Office, PA offers project development services for a variety of clients in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. I’m Craig Hanson, and as the firm’s founder, I have worked with investors, realtors, developers, new business startups and property managers to navigate nearly every aspect of a transaction or project to a successful outcome. For project development services, I have lead site acquisition campaigns, helped solidify private and public financing, like TIF (Tax Increment Financing), and managed relationships and expectations with contractors.
