The only reason for 4 star is the fact that the Harrisburg showroom has multiple slabs that are discontinued, yet still on display for months (years?). How can you say its discontinued when I'm physically looking at it? I was willing to wait extended time in order to purchase the one slab that was discontinued, but that "wasn't allowed". Also, due to the nature of natural rock, try to visit and see the actual slab you intend to buy. I made the trip to Philly to see the slab because I wanted to make sure the color was right. (The pictures didn't show the same color as in person)

    - Jan 11 2024 Laura took the time to listen to what my needs were for a very small project of a solid surface counter for one laundry room cabinet and I had an undermount sink. She showed me about 4-5 selections within what I wanted to spend and didn't force me to buy a leftover piece that would run me way over what I wanted to spend. I'm very pleased with what I purchased and looking forward to my contractor installing everything within the next few months. Laura is an asset to your New Cumberland operation. I'm sure I'm not the first one to sing her praises.

All the other places I checked tried to sell me an expensive remnant and much more than I wanted to spend on such a small piece of material. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very detailed oriented. She knew he products! Even though the cabinet, countertop and sink haven’t been installed yet, I’m feel confident it will be perfect especially with her help!

Everything went so smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase from Colonial Marble & Granite. I found 2 very tiny chips in the countertop, but other than that, very very pleased.

    - Jul 10 2023 Overall a great experience! Love my quartz counters. Got a great deal. The ONLY issue I have is with the sink install. They didn't fully caulk it and sometimes I get water into the cabinet below. I had to buy caulking and do this myself to prevent further issues.

    - Jun 05 2023 Overall excellent experience! Outcome was as expected and looks awesome! A couple issues arose during install. Crew came early and we still had patients, about 6 in dental chairs. We asked them to wait but they did not. We have a discount to all patients for the inconvenience and extra noise created. Other issue, when it came to the area of the dishwasher: they placed some kind of wooden supports and now the door of the dishwasher must be forced to close and in the event the dishwasher needs to come out we will either have to cut away the countertop or the cabinets. So if you could have the salesman reach out to me that would be awesome as I’m not exactly sure what to do before that occurs.

The had to file down one piece of the counter top because it wasn’t cut correctly (not their fault). But they filed it in my house and left the dust mess EVERYWHERE! It is also still not quite right as you can barely get my stove in and out to clean behind it.

They even found the perfect slab for me in a different state, and had it delivered. They provided a drawing so I would be happy with the layout of the grain and design. The team that measured and installed were very professional as well. I highly recommend them!

    Oct 18 2022 I received excellent customer service from Antonio in the New Cumberland showroom. I didn't have an appointment but they still took time to work me in. Antonio went above and beyond for me in helping me with the paperwork and taking a call just before the storeroom closed to help me which took him past his normal work hours. The installation from template through the install went smoothly and we had excellent turnaround time. The install itself went well. The finished product looks really good although the seam is a bit wider than I thought it would be but they placed it where there wouldn't be too noticeable. This company has multiple levels of stone to choose from to help you find the look you are searching for. I recommend Colonial Marble and will likely use them again if I have any additional stone countertop needs.
