When I first went into Christina's office, she broke down everything for me, told me what I could expect from my situation, and what to expect from her overall. Everything happened the way Christina said it would. Since that time, I have emailed Christina on a few occasions to tell her what I am running into, ask advice, and to make sure I am remaining in compliance. Christina has always responded within a couple of hours and if it was a more involved situation, she called me to make sure I understood. What more can you ask for?
