Benjamin W. Deaver has been practicing law for more that fourteen years. He is a Wilmington, NC personal injury, DWI, criminal defense, workers' compensation and traffic offense lawyer. Prior to his current job as a Wilmington, NC lawyer, Ben was a Senior Claims Case Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company from 1992 - 1998. Ben received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami in 1992. He later attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he made Law Review, Deans List, Honor Roll, and in 1999 received his Juris Doctor. He has a standout rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, and is admitted to all North Carolina State Courts and the Federal Court for the Eastearn District of North Carolina.
Ben served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves from 1986 - 1992. He currently resides in Porter's Neck, NC with his wife and has one older daughter and a younger set of twins - a boy and a girl.

I would like to say I was pleased and amazed at the care of patients the understanding the devotion and the help that I receive from this office. The receptionist for attorney assistant was amazing she listened to everything I had to say took it into account and help me with the price . I wasn't expecting a handout or any help because I have been struggling with the situation for so long but in less than a week she made my life so much better the attorney handled everything I didn't have to drive all the way back to North Carolina for something that was already hurting me. I recommend them. if what you need is someone to listen and help you and not just take your money this is the office you should call I want to thank you again so much for helping me ????jamie jones

Needed an attorney to handle a traffic citation issue. The attorneys in the area that i was familiar with did not handle traffic cases but only civil matters. When i asked for a suggestion on who to use i was told that Deaver law was the office to contact. What can i say.. when other attorneys offices recommend them its pretty safe to say they are good. By the way we were very happy with the results of the issue we were dealing with!
